Abu Hurayrah (ra) relates that ALLAH's Messenger (saw) said: "Indeed, before ALLAH created the creation, He decreed for Himself, 'Indeed My Mercy prevails over My Wrath (Anger).” [Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim]
